While this may seem cute and harmless, someone should really be spotting the little man there. I’ve seen guys that have lifted weights for years just not be on their A game and have had bars that weigh less come crashing down on them. Maybe it’s a pride thing but always should have a spotter for safety.

• To everyone pointing out that 2 other people are lifting it for him thank you, for a minute there we all thought this infant was benching 45lbs. Someone other than this little guy is holding up the weights, he doesn’t have the proper grip on it, just cute and funny pic.
• For people that took time to correct me that the baby isn’t the one lifting to then call me slow are absolutely COMEDY GOLD. it’s obvious the babies not lifting and someone else is… other wise the phenomenon would be that Hercules has actually come to earth. My goodness me.
• 1. The hubs, a strength trainer would give a big thumbs up and say training them right!! 2. Holy smokes there are a lot of up tight people on here!!! Find your sense of humor people!!!
• I want to know if he walked to the Gym or Drove a car ? And another question how’d he reached the door handle to enter the Gym? I think something is fishy here, but it’s on the internet so it’s got to be true!

It would be a good thing if their weren’t someone on each end picking it up for him , his left hand is barely on the bar going up.  Thought I read that weight training before a certain age, like 14 or something could be pretty detrimental to your body and how it develops?

How many times can you post these creepy videos of peoples children at home? No one asked to see any of this. I don’t care that bobs kid has a nice swing on him. It seemed obvious to me that two people (one on each side) were doing the lifting. The baby never even had a decent grip on it, and the bar was going side to side. Stupid. I can’t believe ESPN bought this.

The baby may not be picking up the weight …obviously…but may be picking up god knows what from the gym floor….as gym floors are soooooo hygienic
