I have asthma and I didn’t need to bring up my personal experience to make my point, I referred to the medical and scientific organisations key literature. You know, the actual experts. You actually have the least decent approach I’ve seen to debate in a very long time. I don’t mean this woman. If someone has severe breathing issues and they get covid they’re not going to be out and about spreading it to people. The point is they are most at risk of hospitalisation and death if they contract it. This woman is not a concern case for that though, clearly. She should be wearing a mask. I’m talking about serious cases of breathing issues. Darryl Ainey – As opposed to your expertise which is…..? And then you think we should be listening to one or two peoples cases…. And judging…. All millions of cases…. Based on one or two people on the internet…. Instead of the people who actually study these things. Study. Do you know what that means sorry? Rational thinking does not involve writing off a possibility on the basis that one thinks they know the truth based on pure ignorance. If you ever decide to look into the situation in detail you’d have to either rationally accept that there are exemptions needed for serious respiratory illnesses or be irrational and disregard the views of the professional. Actually I was replying to a comment about not wearing a mask and asthma. But okay. Climb off that high horse you think you’re perched upon already. Now as for asthma and masks, unless you have severe asthma that required numerous hospital visits recently, you’ll be fine wearing a mask. As the mask does not affect your breathing. But it can affect rational thought and with asthmatics that can trigger an attack. But the mask is not the culprut. So you agree then “unless you have severe asthma that required numerous hospital visits recently you’ll be fine wearing a mask” – there is a cohort which is my point all along that there’s exemptions to the rule.
Also, way to change your tune. You responded to -me- who never said that any aul asthma is a justifiable excuse to not wear masks, thinking you were contradicting me by telling the world that you personally can wear a mask, when my point is there are exceptions who can’t.
